TERMS & CONDITIONS

●Applicants must be Indian and in good health to compete for website model shoots
● All entries must be entered and accepted on or before the deadline, via email to participate.
●Applicants who wish to participate can be unmarried, divorced, widowed, married with or without children based on their respective category.
● Applicant agrees that if selected as a contestant to compete in the Contest, they will participate in a disciplined and diligent manner and accept all responsibility for payment of
fees and accomplishment of task with deadline mentioned by the management.
●Applicants agree to design/manage their own wardrobe based on the schedule/criteria
provided.
●Applicant must never have, nor will she pose for any photography, video or film associated with any nudity or pornography.
●Applicants will not be allowed to bring their family/friends or any outsiders to the Shoot.
●The list of assignments/tasks will be provided by the Show Director, which is to be completed within the given deadline and scores will be finalized thereafter.
● Winners will be judged based on their talents, task completion, overall physical appearance and sequence points earned during the assignments.
● The organizers are not responsible for any loss, physical injury or demise that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at their own risk & responsibility.
●Organizers may disclose applicant’s event information to authorized authorities, if required.
● Applicant understands and agrees to authorize Rego Events/Uthhan team to research andverify the information provided in the application, which includes personal, professional, social
media, work history, awards, and qualifications…etc.
● In event of any queries or doubts about scoring/points, sessions, assignments etc. the same has to be brought to the notice of Show Director or the management prior to judgement. Any concerns raised after the shoot, will not be accepted/rectified.
● The final shoot dates or terms & conditions of the event can be amended anytime by the organizers without any prior information to the applicant.
● Any applicant found indulging in fights or arguments beyond control, disturbing the harmony/bonding of the team, spreading fake news, rumors or hurting religious sentiments will be immediately disqualified from the contest.
● Applicant understands and agrees to authorize Rego Events/Uthhan team to post contest videos in the social media that are created as per the criteria for voting or publicity.
● Only valid votes for contest entries will be counted towards the number of total votes.
● Spam, robotic fraudulent, and invalid email addresses used to vote will be periodically eliminated and deleted.
● Rego Events, reserves the right to edit, reject, or refuse video submissions at any time for any reason whatsoever.
● Rego Events also reserves the right to publish the applicant’s video for event publicity, re-create the video for reality shows or short films etc.in all the show related pages..
● Winners of the contest will be disqualified from the Uthhan activities, if found being a part of other commercials/events without obtaining permission from the Organizers for the period of 6 months.
● Registration fees or charity related amounts paid to the company/NGO account are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances.
● In the event of any dispute, the organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
